前任FF全球CEO畢?？狄呀?jīng)于2022年12月26日辭去FFIE董事會職務，F(xiàn)F全球CEO陳雪峰（“XF”）接替畢?？迪壬鷵蜦FIE董事會執(zhí)行董事。
孫可女士曾擔任中國福建省電動車公司云度新能源汽車有限公司的首席財務官。2017年9月至2019年5月，孫女士擔任獨立財務顧問并協(xié)助HoloMatic Technology Ltd的融資工作。在此之前，孫女士自2016年6月起就職于世界500強企業(yè)北京汽車集團的子公司北京汽車股份有限公司(HKG:1958)，并于2016年9月至2017年9月?lián)卧摴径聲貢?。在加入北京汽車之前，孫女士曾在一家中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司和一家全球媒體集團的戰(zhàn)略投資團隊任職。 孫女士獲得中國大連海事大學國際金融法學士學位。 同時持有上海證券交易所董事會秘書證書及中國證券投資基金業(yè)協(xié)會基金從業(yè)資格證書。 孫女士憑借其在大型公司董事會治理、金融和投資方面的專業(yè)知識以及在汽車行業(yè)的廣泛背景，在 FF 董事會任職。
