上海2014年11月18日電 /美通社/ -- 中國領(lǐng)先的汽車租賃和專車服務供應商一嗨汽車服務有限公司（下文簡稱“一嗨”或“公司”）（紐交所交易代碼：EHIC）今日宣布，其首次公開募股已定價，以每股12.00美元價格發(fā)行1000萬股美國存托股票，每股美國存托股票相當于該公司兩股A類普通股。這些存托股將于2014年11月18日起正式在紐約證券交易所掛牌交易，股票代碼為“EHIC”。
此次發(fā)售的1000萬股美國存托股票全部由一嗨發(fā)售。承銷商已被授予為期30天內(nèi)追加購買最多150萬股美國存托股票的超額配售權(quán)。
假定承銷商在此次發(fā)售結(jié)束前，不會行使其超額配售權(quán)額外購買美國存托股票，并且在募股結(jié)束時，公司通過私募方式以每A類普通股6.00美元的價格（相當于每股美國存托股票12.00美元）向東風汽車集團資產(chǎn)管理有限公司發(fā)行5,000,000股 A類普通股、向匯添富基金管理有限公司發(fā)行1,666,666股A類普通股、向攜程發(fā)行1,666,666股A類普通股，以獲得總額約為5000萬美元的額外所得款項，本次募股公司預計共將募得1.2億美元。
在此次發(fā)售中，摩根大通證券有限責任公司和高盛（亞洲）有限責任公司擔任聯(lián)席賬簿管理人。
