关于<\/b>TY-9591<\/b><\/p> \n

TY-9591是一种新型高效、高选择性、高安全性的新一代EGFR抑制剂,是同源康医药自主研发的拥有完全知识产权的国家1类创新药。自2019年10月IND获批以来,同源康医药已先后完成 Ⅰ 期安全性、耐受性、药代动力学和药效学的剂量递增和扩展研究、Ⅱ期肺癌脑转移临床研究、与奥希替尼(泰瑞沙)对比药代动力学以及食物影响等研究, TY-9591在非小细胞肺癌脑转移治疗上展现出了具有显著竞争性的优异临床疗效和良好的安全性。<\/p> \n

关于<\/b>NSCLC <\/b>脑转移<\/b><\/p> \n

非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)是我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,在疾病的进展过程中约20%-40%的患者会发生脑转移[3]<\/sup>。驱动基因阳性的肺癌患者脑转移发生率更高,EGFR突变晚期肺腺癌发生脑转移可高达44%-63%%[4]<\/sup> 。临床现有标准治疗方法患者获益有限,放化疗的颅内客观缓解率约为23%-45%,中位生存期约 3-6个月[5]<\/sup>。随着脑转移累积发生率的逐年增高,肺癌脑转移的治疗是提高肺癌长期生存率的瓶颈。提高肺癌脑转患者的生活质量、延长生存时间仍是目前尚未满足的临床需求和难点。<\/p> \n
